Google Analytics is used to track generic page-view behaviour within Whisk. Mixpanel & Intercom are used to track specific events generated by interactions with Whisk.

Pardot tracks visitor and prospect activities on Whisk. Cookies are set to remember preferences (like form field values) when a user returns to our site.

We use Hotjar and Smartlook to collect data and record sessions to understand our users’ behavior online (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and their device information in order to optimize Whisk services and experiences.

Optimize is our chosen A/B testing tool. Optimize utilizes analytics cookies to target content variants to a user and a content experiment cookie to determine a user’s participation in an experiment.
