This easy minute fudge uses condensed milk as the base which takes all the stress out of fudge making. We love the two-tone layers inspired by a holiday favorite: peppermint bark.

Ingredients

  • For the milk chocolate layer
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chipsor dark

  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • For the white chocolate layer
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • candy canecrushed, to garnish

Directions

  • For the milk chocolate layer
  • Line a 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat melt together the chocolate chips, condensed milk & salt until combined.
  • Remove from heat & stir in the peppermint extract. Spread evenly in the prepared pan & chill for 30 minutes.
  • For the white chocolate layer
  • In a saucepan over medium heat melt together the chocolate chips, condensed milk & salt until combined.
  • Remove from heat & stir in the peppermint extract. Spread evenly over the milk chocolate layer & sprinkle with crushed candy cane.
  • Chill for 2 to 4 hours before removing from pan & slicing into squares.
